🥗 Refreshing Couscous Salad with Watermelon

Ingredients
- 1 Packung Davert (Couscous Cup Moroccan)
- 1 tsp Cashew butter
- 1 handful Salad leaves
- 1 handful Sprouts (suitable for raw consumption)
- 1 pcs Watermelon (approx. 100 g)
- 1 Stiel Mint
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Fill the couscous from the cup into a jar with a screw-top lid. Pour hot water over it, exactly as described on the package. Let it rest for five minutes, then stir in the cashew butter.
- 2. Wash the salad leaves and spin them dry. Rinse the sprouts in a sieve under hot water and let them drain. Peel the watermelon and cut it into cubes. Wash the mint, shake it dry, and pluck the leaves off.
- 3. Layer the salad leaves, sprouts, watermelon, and mint one after the other on top of the couscous. Drizzle everything with olive oil, put the lid on, and place the salad in the refrigerator until it is ready to take away or serve.
