  1. 1. Put the couscous in a bowl and cover it with cold water. Let the pasta soak for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Wash the herbs under running water. Shake off excess water and chop the leaves finely.
  3. 3. Wash the tomatoes. Cut them in half and remove the inside with a spoon.
  4. 4. Cut the tomato flesh into small cubes.
  5. 5. Wash the spring onions. Trim the ends and slice the onions into thin rings.
  6. 6. Put the soaked couscous in a sieve and let the water drain off.
  7. 7. Put the drained couscous into a large bowl.
  8. 8. Add the chopped herbs, the tomato cubes, and the spring onion rings.
  9. 9. Add the olive oil and the lemon juice.
  10. 10. Season the salad to taste with salt and pepper.
