  3. 3. Let the couscous swell for five minutes.
  4. 4. Loosen the grains with a fork.
  5. 5. Let the couscous cool down completely.
  6. 6. Cut the stem and seeds out of the bell pepper.
  7. 7. Wash the bell pepper thoroughly.
  8. 8. Cut the bell pepper into very small cubes.
  9. 9. Remove all white inner membranes from the bell pepper.
  10. 10. Peel the onion and the garlic.
  11. 11. Chop the onion and the garlic finely.
  12. 12. Heat oil in a pan.
  13. 13. Sauté the onions and garlic in the hot oil.
  14. 14. Wait until the vegetables become translucent.
  15. 15. Add the bell pepper cubes to the pan.
  16. 16. Sauté everything for three minutes over medium heat.
  17. 17. Season the mixture with coriander.
  18. 18. Add salt and pepper.
  19. 19. Add vinegar to the pan.
  20. 20. Pour in half a cup of hot water.
  21. 21. Get a large bowl.
  22. 22. Put the cooled couscous into the bowl.
  23. 23. Add the sautéed vegetables to the couscous.
  24. 24. Chop the parsley finely.
  25. 25. Add the chopped parsley.
