🍽️ Grilled lamb cutlets with fluffy couscous

Ingredients
- 12 lamb chops
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 150 g couscous
- 200 ml water
- salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 20 g butter
Instructions
- 1. Place the couscous in a bowl.
- 2. Bring 200 milliliters of water with a pinch of salt to a boil.
- 3. Pour the boiling water over the couscous.
- 4. Stir in 1 tablespoon of oil.
- 5. Let the couscous sit for about 15 minutes to absorb the liquid.
- 6. Fold in 20 grams of butter.
- 7. Loosen the grains with a fork to prevent clumping.
- 8. Keep the couscous warm.
- 9. Wash the lamb cutlets.
- 10. Pat the cutlets dry with kitchen paper.
- 11. Brush the cutlets lightly with oil.
- 12. Season the cutlets with salt and pepper.
- 13. Preheat the grill.
- 14. Cook the lamb cutlets on the hot grill for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
