  1. 1. Bring 90 milliliters of water to a boil in a small pot. Stir in the couscous, cover the pot, and let the grains swell for about 3 minutes.
  2. 2. Wash the peach and pat it dry. Cut the fruit in half, remove the pit, and roughly chop the flesh.
  3. 3. Add the peach pieces, apple juice, and oil to the couscous. Puree the mixture finely using a hand blender. If the porridge is too thick, stir in a little more apple juice or water.
