Ingredients
- 1.2 g Potatoes (waxy)
- Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 sprig Sage
- 2 sprigs Thyme
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
- White pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes.
- 2. Cut the potatoes into sticks.
- 3. Put the potatoes in a pot with plenty of salted water.
- 4. Cook the potatoes for about 20 minutes.
- 5. Drain the water.
- 6. Let the potatoes drip dry well.
- 7. Heat the oil and butter in a non-stick pan.
- 8. Peel the garlic.
- 9. Chop the garlic finely.
- 10. Wash the herbs.
- 11. Shake the herbs dry.
- 12. Chop half of the herbs finely.
- 13. Fry the potatoes in the pan for 3 to 5 minutes.
- 14. Fry the potatoes until they are golden brown.
- 15. Add the garlic and chopped herbs in the last 1 to 2 minutes.
- 16. Fry everything briefly.
- 17. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper.
- 18. Plate the potatoes.
- 19. Serve the potatoes.
