  1. 1. Put flour, soft butter, and mustard powder into a bowl.
  2. 2. Knead the ingredients into a crumbly mixture.
  3. 3. Add water gradually until a smooth and firm dough forms.
  4. 4. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap.
  5. 5. Place the dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Peel the potatoes.
  7. 7. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  8. 8. Peel the onions.
  9. 9. Cut the onions into cubes as well.
  10. 10. Add the onion cubes, parsley, and potato cubes to the minced meat.
  11. 11. Mix the filling well with your hands or a spoon.
  12. 12. Add the broth to the filling.
  13. 13. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Add some mustard to the filling.
  15. 15. Add some horseradish to the filling.
  16. 16. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of about 3 mm.
  17. 17. Cut out circular dough pieces with a diameter of about 20 cm.
  18. 18. Distribute the meat-potato mixture onto the dough circles.
  19. 19. Whisk the egg in a small bowl.
  20. 20. Brush the edges of the dough circles with the whisked egg.
  21. 21. Pull up the sides of the dough circle to form a pocket.
  22. 22. Press the edges firmly together to seal them.
  23. 23. Brush the surface of the pasties with the remaining egg.
  24. 24. Place the pasties on a baking sheet.
