Ingredients
- 45 ml coconut oil (+ 1 tsp for the glaze)
- 90 ml maple syrup
- 80 g nut butter of your choice (e.g. almond butter or almond butter)
- 1 pinch vanilla powder
- 130 g oat flour
- 50 g rolled oats
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch baking soda
- 150 g chocolate chips (dark)
Instructions
- 1. Add 45 milliliters of coconut oil, maple syrup, nut butter, vanilla, oat flour, rolled oats, salt, and baking soda to a bowl and mix well. Fold in 50 grams of chocolate chips.
- 2. Line a small baking dish with parchment paper and press the dough evenly into it. Melt the remaining chocolate chips with the remaining coconut oil in a double boiler and spread them over the dough. Place in the refrigerator until the dough sets.
- 3. Remove from the fridge, cut the dough into 15 equal-sized bites, and enjoy. Store the bites in the refrigerator.
