  1. 1. Add 45 milliliters of coconut oil, maple syrup, nut butter, vanilla, oat flour, rolled oats, salt, and baking soda to a bowl and mix well. Fold in 50 grams of chocolate chips.
  2. 2. Line a small baking dish with parchment paper and press the dough evenly into it. Melt the remaining chocolate chips with the remaining coconut oil in a double boiler and spread them over the dough. Place in the refrigerator until the dough sets.
  3. 3. Remove from the fridge, cut the dough into 15 equal-sized bites, and enjoy. Store the bites in the refrigerator.
