  1. 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and pat them dry. Carefully cut a small cap off the top. Remove the inside using a small spoon and season the hollowed tomato inside with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Drain the mozzarella balls well. Fill the hollowed tomatoes with the mozzarella balls and then skewer them onto wooden skewers.
  3. 3. Wash the basil and shake it dry to remove any remaining water droplets. Gently pluck the leaves from the stems and chop them finely.
  4. 4. Drizzle some olive oil over the stuffed tomatoes. Then sprinkle them generously with the freshly chopped basil.
