🥤 Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes with Mozzarella

Ingredients
- 16 cocktail tomatoes
- salt
- pepper
- 16 small mozzarella balls
- 3 sprigs basil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and pat them dry. Carefully cut a small cap off the top. Remove the inside using a small spoon and season the hollowed tomato inside with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- 2. Drain the mozzarella balls well. Fill the hollowed tomatoes with the mozzarella balls and then skewer them onto wooden skewers.
- 3. Wash the basil and shake it dry to remove any remaining water droplets. Gently pluck the leaves from the stems and chop them finely.
- 4. Drizzle some olive oil over the stuffed tomatoes. Then sprinkle them generously with the freshly chopped basil.
