🥤 Fresh Feta Tomatoes with Olives

Ingredients
- 200 g tomatoes
- 60 g black olives (pitted)
- 100 g feta
- 1 handful basil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cocktail tomatoes under running water and pat them dry.
- 2. Slice off a very thin layer from the bottom of each tomato so they stand firmly on the plate.
- 3. Cut off the top part (the lid) of a tomato and set it aside for decoration.
- 4. Carefully scoop out the flesh from the tomato using a small spoon.
- 5. Drain the olives in a sieve.
- 6. Chop the olives finely.
- 7. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
- 8. Wash the fresh basil and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
- 9. Chop about half of the basil very finely.
- 10. Place the hollowed-out tomatoes, the olives, the feta, and the chopped basil into a large bowl.
- 11. Drizzle the mixture with olive oil.
- 12. Season everything with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 13. Mix the ingredients well until evenly distributed.
- 14. Fill the feta mixture back into the hollowed-out tomatoes.
- 15. Skewer the remaining whole basil leaves onto toothpicks.
- 16. Insert the toothpicks with the leaves into the stuffed tomatoes for decoration.
- 17. Arrange the finished tomatoes on a serving platter.
- 18. Serve the tomatoes immediately.
