🍽️ Classic Club Sandwich with Chicken

Ingredients
- 12 slices toast bread
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 500 g fried chicken breast fillet
- 3 ripe tomatoes
- 8 iceberg lettuce leaves
- salt
- pepper
- 8 olives (stuffed with paprika)
- 8 wooden skewers
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven or get your toaster ready.
- 2. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- 3. Spread salad mayonnaise on each toast slice.
- 4. Slice the chicken breast into thin pieces.
- 5. Wash the tomatoes and remove the hard stem.
- 6. Slice the tomatoes.
- 7. Wash the iceberg lettuce leaves.
- 8. Shake the lettuce leaves dry.
- 9. Lightly salt and pepper the toast slices.
- 10. Place lettuce leaves on four toast slices.
- 11. Distribute half of the chicken slices on the lettuce.
- 12. Place another toast slice on top with the mayonnaise side facing up.
- 13. Top with the tomato slices.
- 14. Add the remaining chicken breast.
- 15. Cover the sandwich with the final toast slice (mayonnaise side down).
- 16. Press the sandwich together slightly.
- 17. Cut the sandwich diagonally in half.
- 18. Thread an olive onto a wooden skewer.
- 19. Secure each sandwich half with the skewer.
- 20. Arrange the sandwiches on plates.
- 21. Serve the dish.
