Ingredients
- 3 Eggs (Size M)
- 100 g lactose-free double-cream cheese
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- 1. Separate the eggs. Mix the egg yolks thoroughly with the cream cheese.
- 2. Add the baking powder and mix everything well again.
- 3. Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Gently fold the foamy mixture in portions into the egg yolk and cream cheese mixture.
- 4. Shape six to eight round flatbreads and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 150 degrees fan (or 130 degrees fan, gas level 1 to 2) for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with herbs like rosemary if desired.
