  1. 1. Separate the eggs. Mix the egg yolks thoroughly with the cream cheese.
  2. 2. Add the baking powder and mix everything well again.
  3. 3. Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Gently fold the foamy mixture in portions into the egg yolk and cream cheese mixture.
  4. 4. Shape six to eight round flatbreads and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 150 degrees fan (or 130 degrees fan, gas level 1 to 2) for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with herbs like rosemary if desired.
