🍰 Clementine Yogurt

Ingredients
- 2 clementines
- 10 g fresh ginger (1 piece)
- 1 sprig mint
- 2 tsp liquid honey
- 300 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the clementines and carefully cut out the individual fruit segments from the membranes using a small knife. Make sure to catch the juice that comes out.
- 2. Peel the ginger and chop it very finely.
- 3. Wash the mint, shake it dry, pluck off the leaves, and cut them into fine strips.
- 4. Mix the honey, clementine juice, ginger, and yogurt well together. Then fold in the clementine segments.
- 5. Divide the clementine yogurt between two small bowls. Finally, sprinkle the chopped mint on top.
