🍳 Ciabatta mit Smoked Salmon

Ingredients
- 200 g Whole grain ciabatta
- 1 small garlic clove
- 400 g Smoked salmon
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- 0.5 bunch Dill
- 1 tbsp Sweet mustard
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- Pepper
- 0.5 Lemon
- 100 g Cream cheese (13% fat)
- Salt
- 25 g fresh horseradish (1 piece)
Instructions
- 1. Slice the bread into 1 cm thick pieces. Bake them in the preheated oven at 200 °C (convection 180 °C, gas: level 3) on the middle rack on the wire rack until golden yellow. Remove them and let them cool down slightly.
- 2. Peel the garlic and lightly rub the bread slices with it.
- 3. Finely chop the salmon.
- 4. Wash the spring onions, trim the ends, and slice them into fine rings.
- 5. Wash the dill, shake it dry, and pluck off the leaves. Set some aside and finely chop the rest.
- 6. Mix the salmon, onions, dill, and mustard with the oil in a bowl. Season with some pepper.
- 7. Squeeze the lemon. Stir the cream cheese smooth with some lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- 8. Peel the horseradish, grate it finely, and stir it into the cream cheese.
- 9. Spread each bread slice with some cream cheese, distribute the salmon on top, and garnish with dill.
