Ingredients
- 250 g firm-cooking potatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 fresh garlic clove
- red bell peppers
- 100 g chorizo (spicy Spanish paprika sausage)
- 3 eggs (size L)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes.
- 2. Cut the potatoes into cubes of about 2 cm.
- 3. Peel the onion.
- 4. Peel the garlic clove.
- 5. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- 6. Peel the bell pepper with a vegetable peeler.
- 7. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
- 8. Remove the casing from the chorizo.
- 9. Cut the chorizo into fine cubes.
- 10. Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
- 11. Season the eggs with some salt and pepper.
- 12. Add all prepared ingredients (except the oil) to the egg mixture.
- 13. Mix everything well together.
- 14. Heat the olive oil in the non-stick pan.
- 15. Pour the egg mixture into the hot pan.
- 16. Spread the mixture evenly with a spatula.
- 17. Press the ingredients down slightly.
- 18. Place the pan in the preheated oven at 180 °C.
- 19. Bake the tortilla for 10 minutes.
- 20. Take the pan out of the oven.
- 21. Invert the tortilla onto a cutting board.
- 22. Cut the tortilla into pieces of your choice.
- 23. Cover the tortilla with aluminum foil.
- 24. Preheat the oven to 130 °C.
- 25. Reheat the tortilla in the oven for about 10 minutes.
