  2. 2. Cut the potatoes into cubes of about 2 cm.
  3. 3. Peel the onion.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic clove.
  5. 5. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
  6. 6. Peel the bell pepper with a vegetable peeler.
  7. 7. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
  8. 8. Remove the casing from the chorizo.
  9. 9. Cut the chorizo into fine cubes.
  10. 10. Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
  11. 11. Season the eggs with some salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Add all prepared ingredients (except the oil) to the egg mixture.
  13. 13. Mix everything well together.
  14. 14. Heat the olive oil in the non-stick pan.
  15. 15. Pour the egg mixture into the hot pan.
  16. 16. Spread the mixture evenly with a spatula.
  17. 17. Press the ingredients down slightly.
  18. 18. Place the pan in the preheated oven at 180 °C.
  19. 19. Bake the tortilla for 10 minutes.
  20. 20. Take the pan out of the oven.
  21. 21. Invert the tortilla onto a cutting board.
  22. 22. Cut the tortilla into pieces of your choice.
  23. 23. Cover the tortilla with aluminum foil.
  24. 24. Preheat the oven to 130 °C.
  25. 25. Reheat the tortilla in the oven for about 10 minutes.
