  1. 1. Wash the cucumber, peel it, and cut it in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds with a spoon and slice the halves into thin pieces.
  2. 2. Peel the onion and dice it finely. Sauté it in hot oil in a pan until soft and translucent. Add the cucumber slices, sprinkle with sugar, and let them caramelize slightly.
  3. 3. Pour in the broth, bring the mixture to a boil, and add the mint. Blend everything until smooth, let it cool, and season with Tabasco, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Place the soup in the refrigerator.
  4. 4. Stir the yogurt into the cold soup and serve it in small bowls.
