  2. 2. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press.
  3. 3. Wash the chili peppers and cut them in half lengthwise.
  4. 4. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers and dice them very finely.
  5. 5. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
  6. 6. Scoop out the flesh of the avocados from the skin.
  7. 7. Mash the avocado flesh finely together with the lemon juice using a fork.
  8. 8. Mix the mashed flesh well with the prepared shallots, garlic, and chili.
  9. 9. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Adjust the taste to your liking.
  11. 11. Fill the finished dip into small bowls.
  12. 12. Heat the oil in a large pot or in the deep fryer.
  13. 13. Shave the pumpkin flesh into thin slices.
  14. 14. Fry the pumpkin slices in the hot oil until golden yellow.
