Ingredients
- 1.5 l vegetable broth
- 2 carrots
- 2 bunches spring onions
- 1 leek
- 200 g sprouts
- 200 g mushrooms
- 200 g pak choi
- 400 g beef fillet (cut into very thin slices)
- light soy sauce
- 1 ginger (grated)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the carrots and slice them thinly. Wash the spring onions and pak choi thoroughly. Slice the spring onions into rings. Clean the mushrooms and slice them as well. Remove the tough base from the pak choi.
- 2. Wash the sprouts and arrange them on plates along with the other vegetables. Bring the broth to a boil and serve it in the fondue pot. Serve the grated ginger and soy sauce on the side.
