  1. 1. Cook the rice in salted boiling water for 20 minutes. Drain the water and let the rice drip dry in a sieve. Wash the meat, pat it dry, and cut it into strips. Peel the onions and cut them into eighths.
  2. 2. Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds and cut them into strips. Wash the snow peas and remove the ends. Peel the ginger and dice it finely. Rinse the sprouts under running water.
  3. 3. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the meat on all sides. Add the onions, peppers, and ginger and fry them as well. Cover the pan and let the vegetables cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Cover the pan and let the vegetables cook for another 5 minutes. Gently fold in the snow peas, sprouts, and rice. Fry everything for about 3 minutes more and season with pepper, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
