🍽️ Chinese-style pan dish with chicken and broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 200 g broccoli
- 1 chicken breast fillet
- 2 tbsp peanut oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sherry
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the spring onions.
- 2. Trim the tough ends off the spring onions.
- 3. Slice the spring onions into diagonal rings.
- 4. Thoroughly wash the broccoli.
- 5. Remove the tough bottom end of the broccoli stem.
- 6. Separate the broccoli into small florets.
- 7. Wash the chicken breast.
- 8. Pat the chicken meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 9. Cut the chicken into thin strips.
- 10. Heat one tablespoon of oil in the pan.
- 11. Add the chicken strips to the hot pan.
- 12. Fry the meat for about three minutes.
- 13. Fry the meat until it has taken on a golden color.
- 14. Season the meat with soy sauce.
- 15. Season the meat with pepper.
- 16. Remove the meat from the pan and set it aside.
- 17. Heat the remaining oil in the pan.
- 18. Add the spring onions to the pan.
- 19. Add the broccoli to the pan.
- 20. Sauté the vegetables briefly.
- 21. Pour some water into the pan.
- 22. Simmer the vegetables for about five minutes.
- 23. Simmer the vegetables until they are soft.
- 24. Stir vinegar into the pan.
- 25. Stir sherry into the pan.
- 26. Return the chicken meat to the pan.
- 27. Mix all ingredients in the pan well.
- 28. Adjust the seasoning of the dish with pepper.
- 29. Serve the dish immediately.
