🍽️ Fresh Napa Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
- 1 medium Napa cabbage
- 2 carrots
- 4 spring onions
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp mustard (hot)
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the napa cabbage thoroughly, remove the hard bottom stem, and slice the leaves into very thin strips or grate them finely.
- 2. Wash the carrots, dry them, peel them, and cut them into thin sticks or grate them finely as well.
- 3. Wash the spring onions, trim off the dry ends, and slice them diagonally into thin rings.
- 4. Combine everything in a large bowl. Whisk together balsamic vinegar, oil, honey, and mustard, then pour the dressing over the salad. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
