  3. 3. Rinse the cabbage strips under cold water.
  4. 4. Let the vegetables drain well.
  5. 5. Peel the carrots.
  6. 6. Halve the carrots lengthwise.
  7. 7. Cut the carrots into thin matchsticks.
  8. 8. Wash the spring onions.
  9. 9. Pat the spring onions dry.
  10. 10. Cut the spring onions into pieces about 3 centimeters long at an angle.
  11. 11. Clean the mushrooms.
  12. 12. Halve the mushrooms.
  13. 13. Heat oil in a wok.
  14. 14. Fry all the vegetables in the hot oil.
  15. 15. Stir constantly while frying.
  16. 16. Fry the vegetables for about 3 to 4 minutes.
  17. 17. Mix soy sauce, vegetable broth, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  18. 18. Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the wok.
  19. 19. Continue to fry everything for another 3 minutes.
