🍽️ Wok Vegetable Stir-fry with Napa Cabbage

Ingredients
- 450 g Napa cabbage
- 200 g carrots
- 150 g mushrooms
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp vegetable broth (from the jar)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the Napa cabbage into quarters.
- 2. Slice the quarters into thin strips.
- 3. Rinse the cabbage strips under cold water.
- 4. Let the vegetables drain well.
- 5. Peel the carrots.
- 6. Halve the carrots lengthwise.
- 7. Cut the carrots into thin matchsticks.
- 8. Wash the spring onions.
- 9. Pat the spring onions dry.
- 10. Cut the spring onions into pieces about 3 centimeters long at an angle.
- 11. Clean the mushrooms.
- 12. Halve the mushrooms.
- 13. Heat oil in a wok.
- 14. Fry all the vegetables in the hot oil.
- 15. Stir constantly while frying.
- 16. Fry the vegetables for about 3 to 4 minutes.
- 17. Mix soy sauce, vegetable broth, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 18. Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the wok.
- 19. Continue to fry everything for another 3 minutes.
