  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the Chinese cabbage, remove the tough stems, and cut the vegetable into thin strips.
  2. 2. Wash the potato, peel it, and cut it into cubes of about 1 centimeter.
  3. 3. Bring 90 milliliters of water to a boil in a small pot. Add the Chinese cabbage and potato cubes, cover the pot, and simmer the vegetables over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Meanwhile, carefully check the salmon fillet for any remaining bones and remove them with tweezers if necessary.
  5. 5. Rinse the salmon, pat it dry with kitchen paper, and cut it into small cubes. Add some apple juice to the porridge until it reaches the desired consistency. Stir the salmon cubes into the vegetables and let everything cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. 6. Finally, stir the oil into the vegetables and puree the mixture finely using a hand blender.
