🍽️ Homemade Chili Mayonnaise

Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- salt
- 1 tsp hot mustard
- 175 ml neutral vegetable oil (e.g. sunflower or corn germ oil)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- chili flakes
Instructions
- 1. Put the egg yolk, salt, and mustard into a bowl. Whisk everything well together. Now slowly pour in the oil: start with a few drops, then a thin stream, while whisking constantly.
- 2. The mayonnaise should now look shiny and thick-creamy. Season it with lemon juice and chili flakes. Pour the finished sauce into small bowls and serve.
