🍝 Spaghetti with Chili and Garlic

Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- Salt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 6 sprigs parsley
- 2 dried chili peppers
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted boiling water until al dente. Follow the instructions on the package.
- 2. Peel the garlic cloves. Crush them flat using the broad side of a large, heavy knife.
- 3. Wash the parsley, shake off excess water, and pick off the leaves. Chop them coarsely. Crumble the chili peppers slightly.
- 4. Heat the olive and rapeseed oil in a pan. Sauté the garlic and chili in it over low heat, stirring constantly.
- 5. Drain the spaghetti in a colander and let it drip dry. Reserve 100 milliliters of the pasta water.
- 6. Stir the reserved pasta water and the parsley into the chili-garlic oil. Mix everything in a large bowl with the spaghetti. Season with salt and pepper and serve the dish.
