  3. 3. Peel the skin off the garlic.
  4. 4. Wash the chili peppers under running water.
  5. 5. Remove the green stems from the chili peppers.
  6. 6. Cut the chili peppers into small pieces.
  7. 7. Put the tahini paste and the olive oil into the mixer.
  8. 8. Mix the ingredients for about one minute.
  9. 9. Add the chickpeas, garlic, and chili pieces to the mixer.
  10. 10. Add the tomato paste and the lemon juice.
  11. 11. Blend the mixture until it is creamy.
  12. 12. Add a little water at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
  13. 13. Season the hummus with salt, pepper, and cumin.
  14. 14. Wash the parsley under cold water.
