🍽️ Oven Chicken with Chili and Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 1 g Poult
- Salt, Pepper
- Chili Powder
- 3 red Onions
- 500 g small new Potatoes
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 500 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 bunch Thyme
Instructions
- 1. Season the chicken inside and out with salt and chili.
- 2. Peel the onions and cut them into wedges.
- 3. Wash the potatoes and halve them.
- 4. Place the potatoes and onions in a bowl.
- 5. Season the vegetable mixture with salt, pepper, and olive oil, and mix everything well.
- 6. Place the chicken in the center of a roasting pan.
- 7. Arrange the potato-onion mixture around the chicken in the pan.
- 8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 9. Place the pan on the second rack from the bottom in the oven.
- 10. Bake the chicken for 45 to 50 minutes.
- 11. Add the tomatoes to the pan when there are 15 minutes of baking time left.
- 12. Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper.
- 13. Roughly chop the thyme.
- 14. Sprinkle the thyme over the finished dish.
- 15. Serve the chicken hot.
