  2. 2. Chop the shallot and the garlic very finely.
  3. 3. Chop the chili peppers small.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. 5. Sauté the shallot and garlic in the hot oil.
  6. 6. Stir the peanut butter into the onion mixture.
  7. 7. Toast the mixture briefly.
  8. 8. Deglaze the pan with the broth.
  9. 9. Pour in the coconut milk.
  10. 10. Let the sauce simmer for about 15 minutes.
  11. 11. Stir occasionally while doing so.
  12. 12. Remove the sauce from the heat when it is creamy.
  13. 13. Season the sauce with soy sauce.
  14. 14. Add cayenne pepper.
  15. 15. Coarsely chop the peanuts.
  16. 16. Heat a separate pan without oil.
  17. 17. Toast the chopped peanuts in the dry pan.
  18. 18. Fill the finished sauce into small bowls.
  19. 19. Sprinkle the roasted peanuts over the sauce.
  20. 20. Place a chili pepper on top as decoration.
  21. 21. Serve the dish.
