  1. 1. Peel the onion and cut it into fine cubes.
  2. 2. Heat the oil in a large pan.
  3. 3. Sauté the onion cubes for a few minutes.
  4. 4. Add the minced meat to the pan.
  5. 5. Fry the meat for 6 to 8 minutes until it breaks into small crumbles.
  6. 6. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  7. 7. Wash the bell peppers and the chili.
  8. 8. Halve the vegetables and remove seeds and stem base.
  9. 9. Cut the flesh of the bell peppers and chili into cubes.
  10. 10. Drain the corn in a sieve.
  11. 11. Put the peeled tomatoes into a cooking pot.
  12. 12. Crush the tomatoes in the pot using two forks.
  13. 13. Rinse the beans under cold water.
  14. 14. Add the beans to the tomatoes in the pot.
  15. 15. Pour the broth into the pot.
  16. 16. Bring the tomato mixture to a boil.
  17. 17. Add the pre-fried minced meat to the pot.
  18. 18. Add the diced bell peppers and chili.
  19. 19. Add the corn kernels to the pan.
  20. 20. Season the chili with chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  21. 21. Let everything simmer gently for another 5 minutes.
  22. 22. Fill the finished chili into small bowls.
