🍽️ Crunchy Chicory Salad with Sheep's Cheese and Pear

Ingredients
- 2 spring onions
- 1 pear
- 4 chicory
- 100 g feta
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- salt, pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch sugar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spring onions thoroughly.
- 2. Dry the spring onions with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Slice the spring onions into fine rings.
- 4. Wash the pear under running water.
- 5. Cut the pear into four quarters.
- 6. Remove the core from the pear quarters.
- 7. Slice the pear quarters into thin wedges.
- 8. Wash the chicory thoroughly.
- 9. Halve the chicory lengthwise.
- 10. Separate the leaves from the hard base.
- 11. Cut the chicory leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- 12. Cut the sheep's cheese into small cubes.
- 13. Place all prepared ingredients into a large bowl.
- 14. Toss the ingredients gently together.
- 15. Portion the salad onto the plates.
- 16. Whisk the vinegar with salt, pepper, and sugar.
- 17. Stir the olive oil into the vinegar mixture.
- 18. Pour the sauce over the plated salad.
- 19. Serve the salad immediately.
