🥤 Fresh Chicory Salad with Kiwi and Creamy Cocktail Dressing

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- lime juice
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp chive rings
Instructions
- 1. Peel the grapefruit completely. Remove all white pith. Carefully separate the individual fruit segments.
- 2. Peel the kiwis. Slice them into thin rounds.
- 3. Separate the chicory leaves from the core. Wash them thoroughly. Shake off excess water.
- 4. Pick over the lamb's lettuce to remove any tough stems. Wash it. Gently spin it dry so it does not become soggy.
- 5. Mix the cream cheese with the yogurt. Add the ketchup. Add a splash of lime juice. Season with salt and pepper. Stir until the sauce is creamy and well-seasoned.
- 6. Arrange the chicory leaves on four plates in a rosette shape. Place the lamb's lettuce in the center.
- 7. Top the salad with the grapefruit segments. Add the kiwi slices. Drizzle everything with the prepared sauce.
- 8. Sprinkle the finished salad with pumpkin seeds. Add sesame seeds. Add finely sliced chives. Serve the salad.
