🥗 Chicory Mandarin Salad with Walnuts

Ingredients
- 4 mandarins
- 4 chicory
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp honey
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 30 g walnut kernels (2 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mandarins, cut them into quarters, and slice them into thin pieces. Clean the chicory, wash it, halve it, cut out the hard cores in a wedge shape, and slice the rest into thin strips.
- 2. Mix the chicory with the mandarin slices, vinegar, honey, and oil. Finally, season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 3. Arrange the salad on plates. Roughly chop the walnuts and sprinkle them over the salad.
