  1. 1. Wash the chicory thoroughly, remove the tough base, and arrange the individual leaves neatly on the plates.
  2. 2. Peel the oranges completely and carefully cut out the segments. Catch the juice that escapes and squeeze the remaining pulp to extract all the juice.
  3. 3. Wash the radishes and slice them into paper-thin rounds.
  4. 4. Peel the carrot and shred it into fine strips using a grater.
  5. 5. Whisk together the collected orange juice, lemon juice, chopped parsley, nuts, oil, and honey. Season the dressing to taste with salt.
  6. 6. Arrange the radish slices and carrot strips on top of the chicory salad and drizzle everything with the prepared dressing before serving.
