🍽️ Chicory Salad with Oranges

Ingredients
- 2 chicory
- 2 oranges
- 0.5 bunch radishes
- 1 carrot
- 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
- 2 tbsp walnuts (coarsely chopped)
- 1 tsp honey
- lemons
- 2 tbsp nut oil
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chicory thoroughly, remove the tough base, and arrange the individual leaves neatly on the plates.
- 2. Peel the oranges completely and carefully cut out the segments. Catch the juice that escapes and squeeze the remaining pulp to extract all the juice.
- 3. Wash the radishes and slice them into paper-thin rounds.
- 4. Peel the carrot and shred it into fine strips using a grater.
- 5. Whisk together the collected orange juice, lemon juice, chopped parsley, nuts, oil, and honey. Season the dressing to taste with salt.
- 6. Arrange the radish slices and carrot strips on top of the chicory salad and drizzle everything with the prepared dressing before serving.
