  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees. If you are using a convection oven, set it to 180 degrees.
  2. 2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil to make cleanup easier later.
  3. 3. Season the chicken wings generously with salt and black pepper.
  4. 4. Place the seasoned wings on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. 5. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake the wings for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Slice the chili peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds to control the heat level.
  7. 7. Finely chop the deseeded chili peppers.
  8. 8. Peel the garlic cloves.
  9. 9. Take a small bowl and add vinegar, honey, oil, and paprika powder.
  10. 10. Add the finely chopped chili peppers to the mixture.
  11. 11. Press the garlic directly into the bowl and stir everything well until a homogeneous sauce forms.
  12. 12. Take the baking sheet out of the oven.
  13. 13. Brush the chicken wings generously with the prepared Tex-Mex sauce.
  14. 14. Put the tray back in the oven and bake the wings for another 10 to 15 minutes.
  15. 15. Take the tray out in between and brush the wings with sauce again if desired, so they stay glossy and flavorful.
  16. 16. Take the finished wings out of the oven.
  17. 17. Serve the chicken wings hot.
  18. 18. Put the remaining sauce in a small bowl and serve it separately for dipping.
