🍽️ Crispy Chicken Wings with Spicy Tex-Mex Dip

Ingredients
- 800 g chicken wings
- salt, pepper from the mill
- 2 chili peppers
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 6 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees. If you are using a convection oven, set it to 180 degrees.
- 2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil to make cleanup easier later.
- 3. Season the chicken wings generously with salt and black pepper.
- 4. Place the seasoned wings on the prepared baking sheet.
- 5. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake the wings for 10 minutes.
- 6. Slice the chili peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds to control the heat level.
- 7. Finely chop the deseeded chili peppers.
- 8. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 9. Take a small bowl and add vinegar, honey, oil, and paprika powder.
- 10. Add the finely chopped chili peppers to the mixture.
- 11. Press the garlic directly into the bowl and stir everything well until a homogeneous sauce forms.
- 12. Take the baking sheet out of the oven.
- 13. Brush the chicken wings generously with the prepared Tex-Mex sauce.
- 14. Put the tray back in the oven and bake the wings for another 10 to 15 minutes.
- 15. Take the tray out in between and brush the wings with sauce again if desired, so they stay glossy and flavorful.
- 16. Take the finished wings out of the oven.
- 17. Serve the chicken wings hot.
- 18. Put the remaining sauce in a small bowl and serve it separately for dipping.
