Ingredients
- 8 lettuce leaves (e.g. Lollo rosso and bionda)
- 2 carrots
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 tortilla flatbreads
- 4 tbsp yogurt (3.5 % fat) (optional light)
- 1 tsp mustard
- 0.5 tsp honey
- 250 g sliced chicken breast
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lettuce under running water.
- 2. Dry the leafy greens thoroughly with a kitchen towel or a salad spinner.
- 3. Tear the lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Peel the carrots.
- 5. Cut the carrots into thin matchsticks.
- 6. Wash the bell pepper.
- 7. Halve the bell pepper.
- 8. Remove the core and seeds.
- 9. Cut the pepper into thin strips.
- 10. Wash the tomatoes.
- 11. Quarter the tomatoes.
- 12. Remove the core of the tomatoes.
- 13. Cut the tomatoes into strips.
- 14. Put the yogurt into a bowl.
- 15. Add the mustard.
- 16. Add the honey.
- 17. Mix the yogurt, mustard, and honey to form a sauce.
- 18. Season the sauce with salt.
- 19. Season the sauce with pepper.
- 20. Lay the tortilla wraps flat on the work surface.
- 21. Spread the yogurt sauce evenly over the wraps.
- 22. Distribute the prepared vegetables over the wraps.
- 23. Place the chicken meat on the wraps.
- 24. Drizzle lemon juice over the filled wraps.
- 25. Season the wraps again with salt.
- 26. Season the wraps again with pepper.
- 27. Roll the wraps up tightly.
- 28. Cut the finished wraps in half.
