  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2. Set the heating mode to top and bottom heat.
  3. 3. Rinse the chicken wings under running water.
  4. 4. Pat the wings completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  5. 5. Peel the garlic cloves.
  6. 6. Chop the garlic very finely.
  7. 7. Rinse the chili pepper under running water.
  8. 8. Remove the stems from the chili.
  9. 9. Chop the chili very finely as well.
  10. 10. Place the chopped vegetables into a bowl.
  11. 11. Add ketchup to the bowl.
  12. 12. Add honey to the bowl.
  13. 13. Add apple cider vinegar to the bowl.
  14. 14. Add lemon juice to the bowl.
  15. 15. Add a pinch of salt to the bowl.
  16. 16. Stir all ingredients well until a marinade forms.
  17. 17. Place the chicken wings on a baking rack.
  18. 18. Position the baking rack over a drip tray.
  19. 19. Brush the chicken wings with some of the marinade.
  20. 20. Place the baking tray into the preheated oven.
  21. 21. Roast the wings for 25 to 30 minutes.
  22. 22. Turn the wings halfway through the cooking time.
  23. 23. Brush the wings repeatedly with the remaining marinade while roasting.
