🍽️ Crispy Sweet and Sour Wings with Fresh Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
- 20 Chicken Wings
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Chili pepper
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Set the heating mode to top and bottom heat.
- 3. Rinse the chicken wings under running water.
- 4. Pat the wings completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 5. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 6. Chop the garlic very finely.
- 7. Rinse the chili pepper under running water.
- 8. Remove the stems from the chili.
- 9. Chop the chili very finely as well.
- 10. Place the chopped vegetables into a bowl.
- 11. Add ketchup to the bowl.
- 12. Add honey to the bowl.
- 13. Add apple cider vinegar to the bowl.
- 14. Add lemon juice to the bowl.
- 15. Add a pinch of salt to the bowl.
- 16. Stir all ingredients well until a marinade forms.
- 17. Place the chicken wings on a baking rack.
- 18. Position the baking rack over a drip tray.
- 19. Brush the chicken wings with some of the marinade.
- 20. Place the baking tray into the preheated oven.
- 21. Roast the wings for 25 to 30 minutes.
- 22. Turn the wings halfway through the cooking time.
- 23. Brush the wings repeatedly with the remaining marinade while roasting.
