🍽️ Spicy Chicken Wings with Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
- 20 chicken wings
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 chili peppers
- 10 g ginger
- 0.5 tsp allspice berries
- 0.5 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp peppercorns
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 50 g ketchup
- salt
- 60 g mayonnaise
- 60 g sour cream
- 0.5 onion
- 2 small pickles
- salt
- white pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken wings under cold water.
- 2. Pat them completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 4. Chop the garlic very finely.
- 5. Wash the chili peppers.
- 6. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers.
- 7. Chop the chili peppers finely as well.
- 8. Peel the piece of ginger.
- 9. Grate the ginger finely.
- 10. Put allspice, coriander, and pepper into a mortar.
- 11. Crush the spices finely.
- 12. Put the crushed spices into a bowl.
- 13. Add the chopped garlic.
- 14. Add the grated ginger.
- 15. Add the chopped chilies.
- 16. Add the lime juice.
- 17. Add the honey.
- 18. Add the olive oil.
- 19. Add the ketchup.
- 20. Stir everything together to form a marinade.
- 21. Toss the chicken wings in the marinade.
- 22. Make sure all wings are well coated.
- 23. Cover the bowl.
- 24. Place the bowl in the refrigerator.
- 25. Let the wings marinate overnight.
- 26. Take the wings out of the refrigerator.
- 27. Lightly salt the wings.
- 28. Place the wings on the grill.
- 29. Grill the wings for about 15 minutes.
- 30. Turn the wings occasionally while grilling.
- 31. Put mayonnaise and sour cream into a clean bowl.
- 32. Stir the mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth.
- 33. Peel the onion.
- 34. Dice the onion finely.
- 35. Take the cucumbers out of the package.
- 36. Dice the cucumbers finely.
- 37. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of cucumber water.
- 38. Add the diced onion.
- 39. Mix everything with the cream mixture.
- 40. Season the dip sauce with salt.
- 41. Season the dip sauce with white pepper.
- 42. Serve the dip sauce together with the chicken wings.
