  2. 2. Pat the wings completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Add ketchup, paprika powder, lime juice, vinegar, and honey to a bowl.
  4. 4. Season the sauce generously with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Toss the chicken wings in the sauce until they are fully coated.
  6. 6. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
  7. 7. Take the chicken wings out of the marinade the next day.
  8. 8. Pat the wings lightly to remove excess liquid.
  9. 9. Place the wings on a baking rack over a catch pan.
  10. 10. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  11. 11. Bake the wings for about 30 minutes using top and bottom heat.
  12. 12. Peel an onion and cut it into fine cubes.
  13. 13. Sauté the onion cubes in hot butter.
  14. 14. Add some meat stock and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes.
  15. 15. Stir in the rest of the marinade and the tomatoes.
