🍽️ Asian-style marinated chicken wings

Ingredients
- 16 chicken wings
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 4 tbsp sesame oil

- 1 tsp fresh chopped cilantro
- salt
- 2 sprigs cilantro
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken wings under running water.
- 2. Pat the wings completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Put honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, grated ginger, oil, curry powder, and coriander into a separate bowl.
- 4. Stir the ingredients vigorously until a smooth marinade forms.
- 5. Add the chicken wings to the marinade.
- 6. Toss the wings well so they are completely covered with the sauce.
- 7. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to let the wings marinate.
- 8. Take the wings out of the refrigerator and season them with salt.
- 9. Preheat the grill.
- 10. Place the wings on the hot grill.
- 11. Cook the wings for 10 to 15 minutes.
- 12. Turn the wings several times in between to ensure even cooking.
- 13. Remove the cooked wings from the grill.
- 14. Garnish the wings with fresh coriander leaves.
- 15. Serve the wings immediately.
