  1. 1. Rinse the chicken wings under running water.
  2. 2. Pat the wings completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Put honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, grated ginger, oil, curry powder, and coriander into a separate bowl.
  4. 4. Stir the ingredients vigorously until a smooth marinade forms.
  5. 5. Add the chicken wings to the marinade.
  6. 6. Toss the wings well so they are completely covered with the sauce.
  7. 7. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to let the wings marinate.
  8. 8. Take the wings out of the refrigerator and season them with salt.
  9. 9. Preheat the grill.
  10. 10. Place the wings on the hot grill.
  11. 11. Cook the wings for 10 to 15 minutes.
  12. 12. Turn the wings several times in between to ensure even cooking.
  13. 13. Remove the cooked wings from the grill.
  14. 14. Garnish the wings with fresh coriander leaves.
  15. 15. Serve the wings immediately.
