🍽️ Crispy Chicken Wings with Honey-Spice Glaze

Ingredients
- 480 g Chicken Wing (chicken wings; 12 chicken wings)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp ketchup (no sugar)
- 2 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken wings under running water.
- 2. Pat the wings completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Place the dry wings in a shallow baking dish.
- 4. Peel the garlic clove.
- 5. Press the garlic into a small bowl.
- 6. Add the honey to the bowl.
- 7. Add the balsamic vinegar to the bowl.
- 8. Add the ketchup to the bowl.
- 9. Add a pinch of salt to the bowl.
- 10. Add some cayenne pepper to the bowl.
- 11. Add some oil to the bowl.
- 12. Add cinnamon to the bowl.
- 13. Stir all ingredients vigorously until a uniform marinade is formed.
- 14. Coat the chicken wings evenly with the marinade.
- 15. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees Celsius (convection 200 degrees Celsius; gas level 3 to 4).
- 16. Bake the wings in the oven for 30 minutes.
- 17. Turn the wings once halfway through the baking time.
- 18. Serve the wings fresh from the oven as a delicious barbecue dish.
