🍽️ Crispy Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
- 600 g chicken breast fillet
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 100 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 70 g cornflakes
- 70 g ground almond kernels
- 50 ml vegetable oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the meat thoroughly and pat it dry with a kitchen towel. Cut it into small, bite-sized pieces and season generously with salt and pepper.
- 2. Spread the flour on a flat plate. Whisk the eggs in a shallow bowl. Fill the cornflakes into a freezer bag and crush them into fine crumbs using a rolling pin. Mix the cornflake crumbs with the ground almonds.
- 3. Coat the chicken pieces one by one first in the flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally in the cornflake-almond mixture. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the nuggets on all sides for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- 4. Serve the nuggets with sweet potato puree as desired.
