  1. 1. Wash the meat thoroughly and pat it dry with a kitchen towel. Cut it into small, bite-sized pieces and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Spread the flour on a flat plate. Whisk the eggs in a shallow bowl. Fill the cornflakes into a freezer bag and crush them into fine crumbs using a rolling pin. Mix the cornflake crumbs with the ground almonds.
  3. 3. Coat the chicken pieces one by one first in the flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally in the cornflake-almond mixture. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the nuggets on all sides for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  4. 4. Serve the nuggets with sweet potato puree as desired.
