  1. 1. Cut the vanilla pod in half lengthwise. Scrape out the vanilla seeds with the tip of a knife. Put the oat drink, chia seeds, vanilla seeds, and rice syrup into a bowl and stir well. Let the mixture stand for 20 minutes so the seeds swell.
  2. 2. Divide the pudding among four glasses. Cover the glasses and place them in the refrigerator for 12 hours, preferably overnight. Serve the pudding the next day as you like with fruit, muesli, or nuts.
