🍰 Chia Coconut Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
- 30 g chia seeds
- 2 tbsp date syrup
- 150 ml coconut drink
- 2.5 tbsp cocoa powder
- 0.5 tsp vanilla powder
- 400 g coconut yogurt
- 150 g mixed berries
- 1 tbsp coconut chips
Instructions
- 1. Add the chia seeds, date syrup, coconut drink, two tablespoons of cocoa powder, and vanilla powder to a blender. Puree the ingredients until you have a smooth, uniform mixture.
- 2. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least two hours, preferably overnight.
- 3. Stir the coconut yogurt into the mousse shortly before serving and fill it into bowls. Wash the berries and pat them dry. Garnish the mousse with the berries and coconut chips, sprinkle with the remaining cocoa powder, and serve.
