🍽️ Creamy Chia Yogurt with Clementine Puree

Ingredients
- 300 g lactose-free yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 30 g chia seeds
- 1 tsp whole cane sugar
- 2 clementines
- 1 banana
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 30 g dark chocolate
- 30 g hazelnuts
- 5 g amaranth puffs (2 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly mix the yogurt with the chia seeds and the whole cane sugar. Set the mixture aside for later.
- 2. Peel the clementines and separate them into individual segments. Peel the banana and add it together with the clementines to the stand mixer. Season the mixture with cinnamon and puree everything into a smooth cream.
- 3. Finely chop the dark chocolate and the hazelnuts.
- 4. Layer the yogurt-chia mix and the fruit puree alternately into two glasses. Make sure the top layer consists of the puree. Sprinkle the glasses with the chopped chocolate, hazelnuts, and puffed amaranth and serve.
