🥤 Refreshing Chia Detox Water

Ingredients
- 12 g chia seeds (4 tsp)
- 500 ml coconut water
- 0.5 organic orange
- 0.5 cucumber
- 10 g mint (0.5 bunch)
Instructions
- 1. Fill each glass with one teaspoon of chia seeds. Divide the coconut water and 500 milliliters of water evenly among the glasses. Stir well and place the glasses in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- 2. Rinse the orange under hot water and pat it dry. Cut the orange into thin wedges. Wash the cucumber and slice it into thin rounds. Wash the mint, shake off excess water, and pluck the leaves.
- 3. Take the glasses out of the refrigerator. Divide the orange wedges, cucumber slices, and mint leaves evenly and add them to the glasses.
