🍽️ Crunchy Chia Seed Bread

Ingredients
- 50 g chia seeds
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing the pan)
- 500 g buckwheat flour
- 1 packet dry yeast (7 g each)
- 1 tbsp salt
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 carrot
Instructions
- 1. Place the chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
- 2. Pour 500 ml of lukewarm water over the seeds.
- 3. Let the mixture soak for 15 minutes until the water is absorbed.
- 4. Grease a loaf pan (25 cm long) generously with olive oil.
- 5. Preheat the oven to 200 °C convection.
- 6. Add the buckwheat flour, yeast, salt, and apple cider vinegar to a separate bowl.
- 7. Add the soaked seed mixture to the dry ingredients.
- 8. Mix everything well until a uniform dough forms.
- 9. Transfer the dough into the prepared pan.
- 10. Smooth the surface of the dough.
- 11. Cover the pan and let the dough rise in a warm, draft-free place for about 30 minutes.
- 12. Score the risen bread about 1 cm deep with a sharp knife.
- 13. Bake the bread in the preheated oven for approx. 60 minutes.
- 14. Let the bread cool completely after baking.
- 15. Carefully remove the cooled bread from the pan.
