  1. 1. Place the mozzarella balls in a colander and let them drain. Wash the cherry tomatoes and pat them dry. Sort through the arugula, wash it, and shake it dry. Trim the stems slightly.
  2. 2. Distribute the mozzarella balls, tomatoes, and arugula among the 4 jars. Then fill with the oil. Leave the jars overnight in a cool place and consume within a maximum of 2 days. Season with salt and pepper only when serving.
