🍽️ Cherrytomatoes and mini mozzarella in marinade

Ingredients
- 200 g mini mozzarella balls
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 0.5 bunch arugula (or basil, approx. 40 g)
- 200 ml olive oil (extra virgin)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Place the mozzarella balls in a colander and let them drain. Wash the cherry tomatoes and pat them dry. Sort through the arugula, wash it, and shake it dry. Trim the stems slightly.
- 2. Distribute the mozzarella balls, tomatoes, and arugula among the 4 jars. Then fill with the oil. Leave the jars overnight in a cool place and consume within a maximum of 2 days. Season with salt and pepper only when serving.
