  3. 3. Crush the cookies into fine crumbs using a rolling pin.
  4. 4. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  5. 5. Mix the melted butter with the crumbs and the oat flakes.
  6. 6. Line a springform pan with baking paper.
  7. 7. Fill the cookie mixture into the pan.
  8. 8. Press the mixture down firmly.
  9. 9. Stir vanilla powder, cream cheese, sour cream, and cane sugar until smooth.
  10. 10. Stir the eggs into the mixture one by one.
  11. 11. Fold in the starch briefly.
  12. 12. Pour the filling over the cookie base.
  13. 13. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (convection 160 °C; gas: level 2–3).
  14. 14. Bake the cake for 1 hour.
  15. 15. After baking, loosen the cheesecake from the edge with a knife.
  16. 16. Let the cake cool.
  17. 17. Wash the berries.
  18. 18. Clean the berries.
  19. 19. Sort the berries.
  20. 20. Cut the berries into smaller pieces.
  21. 21. Puree the berries.
  22. 22. Serve the puree as a sauce with the cake.
