🍽️ Crispy Cheeseburgers with Golden French Fries

Ingredients
- 600 g beef mince
- 2 onions
- 0.5 bunch parsley
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt
- pepper
- oil (for frying)
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 slices processed cheese slices
- 1 ball mozzarella
- 4 hamburger buns (with sesame)
- 1 pack french fries (for baking)
- ketchup
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onions and chop them very finely.
- 2. Heat the butter in a pan.
- 3. Sauté the onions in it until they are soft and translucent.
- 4. Add the minced meat, salt, and pepper to the pan.
- 5. Mix the ingredients well together.
- 6. Finely chop the parsley.
- 7. Stir the parsley into the meat.
- 8. Shape the meat mixture into round patties.
- 9. Make sure the patties are about 2 centimeters thick.
- 10. Heat some fat in a heavy pan.
- 11. Fry the burgers for 4 minutes on each side.
- 12. Wash the lettuce thoroughly.
- 13. Pat the lettuce dry with a kitchen towel.
- 14. Wash the tomatoes.
- 15. Slice the tomatoes into thin slices.
- 16. Cut the buns horizontally.
- 17. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun half.
- 18. Place the hot burger on top.
- 19. Place a slice of cheese on the burger.
- 20. Place the tomato slices on top.
- 21. Place a slice of mozzarella on top.
- 22. Place the top bun half on.
- 23. Prepare the French fries according to the package instructions.
- 24. Serve the French fries together with the cheeseburger.
- 25. Serve ketchup for dipping.
