  1. 1. Wash the tomato under running water.
  2. 2. Cut the tomato in half and slice it into four even pieces.
  3. 3. Wash the lettuce thoroughly.
  4. 4. Shake the lettuce dry.
  5. 5. Set the dry lettuce aside.
  6. 6. Place the minced meat in a bowl.
  7. 7. Add the mustard to the minced meat.
  8. 8. Mix the meat and mustard well together.
  9. 9. Season the meat mixture with salt.
  10. 10. Season the meat mixture with pepper.
  11. 11. Form four burger patties (meat balls) from the mixture.
  12. 12. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan.
  13. 13. Fry the patties in the hot pan.
  14. 14. Fry the patties for about four minutes on the first side until golden brown.
  15. 15. Turn the patties and fry them for about four minutes on the second side until golden brown.
  16. 16. Place a slice of cheese on each finished patty.
  17. 17. Let the cheese melt on the patties.
  18. 18. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly.
  19. 19. Slice the mushrooms into strips or slices.
  20. 20. Heat oil in a second pan.
  21. 21. Fry the mushrooms in the hot pan.
  22. 22. Fry the mushrooms until light brown and soft.
  23. 23. Season the mushrooms with salt.
  24. 24. Season the mushrooms with pepper.
  25. 25. Cut the burger buns in half.
  26. 26. Toast the cut sides of the buns as desired.
  27. 27. Place one patty on the bottom half of a bun.
  28. 28. Add some mushrooms on top of the patty.
  29. 29. Place a tomato slice on the mushrooms.
  30. 30. Add the lettuce on top of the tomato slice.
  31. 31. Close the burger with the top half of the bun.
  32. 32. Serve the burgers with the remaining mushrooms.
